As I also mentioned this boots already in my Watchlist I wanted to give a short introduction of this kind of investment.
The Adidas yeezy Boost line created in 2015 by Kanye west in collaboration with Adidas, though Adidas officially confirmed a new shoe collaboration deal with Kanye West in 2013, has since yielded instantly-recognizable and classic silhouettes that clearly boast the same high level of taste and refinement that we’ve all come to expect from his music. It is only produced in limited quantities and is only available through a select few retailers. For those wondering who Kanye Omari west as fully named is, an American born hip hop recording artist, record producer, rapper, entrepreneur and fashion designer. He is popularly also known as yeezy hence the shoe line brand.
Adidas yeezy shoes line has a number of varieties each differing from the next. These varieties differ from general size, shape, design among others. They include the following:
The Adidas Yeezy Boost 350.
This shoe type varies with its different colorways with the first four the turtledove, pirate black, oxford tan and moonrock which were launched in 2015.The turtledove colorway was the first to launch and has since had a seriously covet-worthy status. Then came the Moonrock, pirate black and the oxford tan colorways by the end of 2015. 2016 has also seen the launch of the all-white colorway. The moonrock launched in November 2015 sold out in mere minutes while on the other hand the pirate black colorway is more elusive than the rest. It is pictures all over the web but seems almost impossible to buy. Oxford tan colorway was the last to launch in 2015. According to “Hypebeast”, six new yeezy boost colorways could be released in 2016. The Adidas yeezy boost 350 comes in different sizes ranging from size 4 to 14.5 for Women and 5 to 13 for Men in the US. Size 3.5 to 14 for both men and women in the UK, size 36 to 50 for both women and women in EU and size 220 to 325 for men and women in JP.
The Adidas Yeezy Boost 750
The Yeezy boost 750 is another brand in the Adidas Yeezy shoe line. Just like the Yeezy Boost 350, it has differences ranging from size, color and so on. It was also launched in end of 2015 just like the Yeezy boost 350. It ranges from black colorway to premium tan leather colorway.
The Adidas Yeezy 1050 boost/ Adidas Yeezy 950m boost
This is another one in the collection of the Adidas Yeezy shoe line. The 1050 boost is not only Adidas launched but also packs boost technology. Like the 350s and 750s, the boost technology is encapsulated. Unlike the mentioned models, we see it hiding in a chunky, healthier sole. It has technology shifting shape and taking new structures. It looks like a variation of 950 Duck boot.
There are a number of yeezys to trade on and they all have different market and retail prices, for an investor, diversification is key. With the right amount of starting capital going in to the business of selling Adidas Yeezy shoes could be very lucrative.
With these kind of returns it makes complete sense to indulge and invest in this kind of line of business. With all the risks that come with it off course. It would otherwise make more sense if the investment wasn’t only on shoes (Adidas Yeezy Boost shoes) but also in alternative products in the fashion industry. In the above table, see the rough idea of the kind of profit you’d make with the amount of investment for one pair of each different shoe.
There are a lot of limited edition stuff out there when it comes to clothes and shoes that a business oriented person could invest in both men’s and women’s wear. Fashion industry is a lucrative investment opportunity.
Jordans, Nike yeezy sneakers are some of the other limited edition shoes that could be invested in to get good returns.
In my next article I will show you how to invest in YEEZY boots!
